Vacancy – Maintenance Person

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Person to work on site to carry out minor repairs and maintenance to our properties and grounds. The role is for 15 hours a week, over two or three days, at a salary of £12,900-14,600 (FTE £32,250-36,500 pa).

Saffron Walden Almshouses is a registered charity which has provided affordable accommodation to those in need in our community for over 600 years. Our properties are located in Abbey Lane, Park Lane, and Freshwell Street and provide 40 homes.
