Vacancy: Volunteer Finance Trustee
Are you an accountant, finance professional, or retired finance specialist looking for a meaningful way to use your skills?
We are seeking a trustee with finance or accounting experience to join our Finance Committee supporting the charity through an important period of development.
The role focuses on:
- Oversight of finances and budgets
- Reviewing accounts and supporting the audit process
- Improving financial controls and risk management
- Helping trustees make informed, responsible decisions
With a major redevelopment project ahead, strong financial governance is essential.
This is a voluntary role, ideal for:
- Practising or retired accountants
- Finance managers or directors
- Professionals with charity or not for profit finance experience
No prior trustee experience is needed; we provide a full induction, training, and ongoing support.
