Almshouse Director receives Community Champion award

Congratulations to Almshouse Director Malcolm Domb for his recent well-deserved Community Champion award. As well as his tireless work for our Almshouses, he is also the Co-ordinator for Uttlesford Foodbank, Chairman of Macmillan Saffron Walden Fundraising Committee, a volunteer at Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre, and he and his partner are also volunteer puppy trainers for Hearing Dogs for the Deaf, looking after them in those crucial early months. No idea how, but he also manages to fit in his other passions: golf, attending Arsenal matches, and travelling!
